First of all, you must be 30 days old to be a Secret Agent. You can figure out how old your penguin is by clicking the information icon on the tool bar. On the top right corner of the screen, there is a gold badge that has the letter "M" on it. When you click it, a test appears. If you pass you will become a secret agent.
